I guess she wants to me known as a woman despite having a masculine haircut. I don't really mind it myself. I have been playing the androgynous card a lot of times.
I'm always referred to as "she" by people, even my friends. I don't think they notice when they mistakenly call me a she either -_-. And every time I pick up the phone the other person assumes I am my mum or my sister -_-.
My friends do the same but I never really minded it much since they know what I am. They even say I look more like a girl than a our female friend. I even fooled people on phones unintentionally too. They think I'm a she as well even if there isn't any other female around our home except my cousin (who sounds different than I do).
My hair itself isn't that long enough to be honest. It's in a pixie cut similar to Lisa or Christie yet several occasions I had fooled a lot of people about it. Having Caryl as my first name isn't helping the case but lol I don't mind. XD
