It's all about picking the fastest character and spamming 6P.

Spamming 6P you say? Sorry but spamming doesn't work on me, I will see through your moves and hold them.. ;)

Isn't that every fighter? If you press the button before the other person... you land the hit first. This is kind of a given in fighters.

I'm talking about clever spamming, I know..when people wait for you to press a button LOL.

I'm with Fatal on this, this is not a DOA specific matter lol. People who play this so much "online" just tend to say stupid shit sometimes.

I've only played a few 3D fighters. But this seems to be the case with them online. This game especially because you have to hold after the first hit or their mash turns into a natural string that may launch or bounce you. Counter hit or not, since you can't block after getting touched, for the most part. DoA just has a super high reward for mashing out at mid and low level play.

It's pretty bad in this game especially.

Of course, most don't have experience offline.

Hmmm, I don't know. I think Tekken & SC both turn into mash the buttons faster when it comes to online connections. But at the same time, it shouldn't matter. If people are mashing out to attack first chances are you can punish them anyway. People who mash aren't exactly the most careful people.
