After the patch... 33P is guaranteed after 214P... I don't even have to use knees to get 99 damage on stun launch after 33P, I could be getting better damage off of 66P launches.. swirling around the DPaD to get GBoDs... I really knew nothing about my character. This bears further study.. I am seriously about to level up.

Yeah, they shaved 1 frame off of 33P, making it guaranteed after 214P. Amazing what one frame can do!
