If you liked Lords of Shadows then it is worth getting 2 (I'm not too far into it but it has been a blast to play so far). Some Castlevania history has been re-written in this particular universe though, if you are a Castlevania series fan you may not appreciate what they did.

I'm not considered a fan since I only played the very old classic series, but that was such a long time ago. Heck, I don't even remember the plot of the old ones. I was far too young back then. I played the demo and thought it was cool so far. Are they all on the same timeline from the old series?
