I actually hate the idea of clones. I just think it's funny that they made another 1.

As long as she plays uniquely, I'm sure she'll grow on people.

If she was a clone of Ayane, she would've been much better received.

I mean she'll probably be a character ppl flock to if she has good tools that they see. So I won't talk about her in that matter.

Probably best to wait until gameplay to make a judgement on her tbh. If she plays at least 70% like Kasumi, I probably wont be too fond of her. If she's actually like 20% Kasumi- I'll be fine with her.

It's hard to know for me. I mean, I like Hitomi, but hate Ein. Like Leon, but hate Spartan. Also hate Alpha 152. I can't see anyone liking her if they already hate Kasumi, though. They should have made 1 more character. Or at least brought some old ones.

It didn't need to be clones in the game anyway. Should have been a new character to the series. But it is what it is. I hope for players' sake who does have interest, that she has great tools to play 7/or compete on or offline. Otherwise is just a waste of space on the roster.

Well she's apparently just using Kasumi's style with some weird "modified human weapon" ( whatever that means. ) here's to hoping she's more modified and contains more stuff that deviates from Kasumi.

Honestly though, do people actually hate Kasumi? cause there's boatloads of people that use her.

People use her because she's popular. But that's also why she's the most hated. Adding another Kasumi is gonna piss a lot of people off.

Or depending on how unique she is, it could deviate some people from the standard Kasumi thus creating more character diversity?

Possibly....just possibly. Which would be weird. She's been very hated since at least DOA2U.

Hahaha, well if people are hating her for her being over-used the clone could change that. If people are just hating her for the idea of hating her, well that can't be helped. No amount of clones or new characters will change that.

Well, I'm not getting out of line with them, but that's their problem. Same for all of the other ninjas. They need to learn how to beat them & quit complaining about them (STFU). Just because you have a personal grudge against a character that you hate doesn't mean you can spam TN's twitter & sites screaming "Nerf ninjas." They're characters in the game too & they're offline too.

It changes with each game lol. She was hated in DOA2U for being the main character that a lot of the story revolved around. In DOA4 it was being over-used. XD

That's why the balance of characters in the game all goes to shit as it is now in this community because they whine & don't really know what makes or breaks a character, especially ninjas.
