You are fighting incompetent Ayane play if they are allowing you to throw that. I have never been thrown out of spins ever since I've played DOA, and I've always played solid players.

Block it and throw punish and viola a dead Ayane on your door step! ^_<

A solid Ayane will pressure you with her spins and other integrated movement. 1P+K K isn't throw punishable lol. Neither is 1P+K P when charged. Ayane's 1P+K (back spins) is one of her greatest tools.
