Let me start from the beginning.
Normally after a 46H+K you're able to do these 3 endings: P PPKK / 9K 6KP7K / P P P 33PK. These combos will always work after your first 46H+K. No matter at which height you'll hit your enemy with the 46H+K.

Now, if you hit 'em at a certain height (lowest height at which you're able to hit them with the 46H+K) you have two more options other than just the 3 endings: 9K P P 33PK / 23P+K 6KP7K. A great example is this combo: 2P+K4 P9P+K P P 46H+K 23P+K 6KP7K.

. After a bound with the Hakkeshou P (BT) you'll hit with the 46H+K the enemy at a low height after the P and will able to succeed using the additional endings causing more damage (9K P P 33PK / 23P+K 6KP7K). [as far as I know]

Now for the double 46H+K. If you're able to end the combo with 23P+K 6KP7K after the 46H+K; you are able to hit them with another 46H+K instead. But the problem is, not only the height is the problem, but also on which side you use the 46H+K (front/back) AND how big the distance is between you and the enemy.

You will not be able to do the double 46H+K after BnBs using 6H+K, 66KP, 66H+K (boundstun), P+K (boundstun), 3P(hold)K & Hakkeshou P (BT). If using the previous mentioned bound triggers you will not be able to hit the second 46H+K after the first 46H+K (because of reach).

This sounds really confusing and pretty challenging. The best way is to create a list that contains the following aspects:

- Combination between Crtical Level & specific Launcher
- Weightclass
- 6_P or P (distance between you & enemy)
- If launching while showing back or front
- No timing required

Not all of the combos you'll discover work as well as others. Combos with double 46H+K work best on Superlight- / Light- & Mediumweightclasses.
I'll give you a few simple combos:

Superlightweight:
Cr. Lvl. 2 SDS (after 66H+K) 4K (BT) 46H+K 46H+K P P P 33PK (front/back)
Superlightweight & Lightweight:
Cr. Lvl. 3 3H+K P 46H+K 46H+K P P P 33PK (showing back while launching)
Mediumweight:
Cr. Lvl 3 3H+K 46H+K 46H+K P P P 33PK (front/back) [easiest]

If you launch with the 3H+K as a CB combo against Superlight- / Lightweightclass and you'll notice that you launch while showing your front (which means you can't double 46H+K) you can use this combo instead: 3H+K P 46H+K 9K P P 33PK because you know that if you have the possibility to use the double 46H+K you can always use the other two endings (9K P P 33PK / 23P+K 6KP7K).

I rarely use the double 46H+K, but I should use it more often. I just have to start memorizing all situations in which it works (I'm too lazy atm lol). (And I'm not always up for calculations while I fight: SDS +1 critical lvl... soo the combo for a double 46H+K changes again.) I will discuss this subject in my pai expert guide, so stay tuned (:
