As much as I hate clones in general, Phase 4 seems to be more welcomed as opposed to Decapre.

Though i think both could have been special DLC costumes, Phase seems way more hype that Decapre.
Also, Decapre didn't really have the potential to be the mysterious character that has been rumored for half a year.
Phase was just dropped out of the blue ya know.

I could have likened it better if Phase 4 and Decapre was simply a costume for Kasumi and Cammy. Appearance-wise, I somewhat like Decapre but visually gameplay-wise, Phase 4 is more stunning. Then again, I wouldn't really make Phase 4 as a sub. Maybe just one of those characters you play once in a while.
