She was a guest character for the Halo series, and was actually liscenced by Bungie, who in favour featured an armour based on Hayabusa in Halo 3. The reason she wasn't included in Dead or Alive 5 is because DoA5 was now multiplatform and the rights of Halo now belong to Microsoft and as you can tell MS and TN don't seem to get along lol.
