Why is it broken ? Just play ur rank of higher and you should be fine... u don't lose to many points if they are ur sane rank our higher

the rank system is awful. just awful I completely feel your pain. once you get around B- it's almost impossible to find matches, and if you do you get some annoying alpha spammer. I finally hit A I'm giving up lol.
