Really not sure what my budget is at this point. I don't need something super top-of-the-line, don't need a really fancy case, I want something that can play games like Skyrim or Minecraft with shader mods smoothly. What I have now can't even play vanilla minecraft smoothly. >>'

well if you want tons of skyrim mods then you gonna need a gpu with more than 2gb of ram thats for sure
