Generally when you make a MU list you look at the tools your character (Kasumi) has and talk about how that may or may not give her an advantage in a fight against another character.
Tenryuga
Tenryuga
General good things to talk about are what she has that is guaranteed, her speed advantage etc and how they hold up against another characters tools.
Tenryuga
Tenryuga
As a really basic an example somebody might say Kasumi has the advantage over bass because Bass has a hard time getting hits in on her whereas he has to worry about her speed as well as her great mixups and throws.

Since you play Kasumi more than me you would have more experience using her against the cast. Pretty much if you have an easy time against specific characters it usually means the MU is either in her favor or even. (In an even MU the better player is the one who wins more often)

whereas in a advantage MU your character has specific things that gives the other character a hard time. In a disadvantage MU its the opposite; there are many things the other character has that gives Kasumi a hard time.

I can help you with a few characters but some of them like Tina Lisa, Bayman etc etc I dont have experience against. If i was to talk about them it would just be theorycrafting.

Not sure how it is but you want to have the data on block and on NH/CH/HCH. If you want to be ultra precise you would include the startup, active and recovery frames in addition to those things.
Tenryuga
Tenryuga
Ah ok sure thing man.

Is the start up 9(2)-13 for kasumi's P
RenderingStar
RenderingStar
Like how do I find those and sorry for all the questions
Tenryuga
Tenryuga
Yeah each number represents different things. As you know the first number is the number of startup frames. The number in parenthesis is the active frames. The final number is the recovery frames.
Tenryuga
Tenryuga
so 9 frame startup, 2 active frames, and 13 frames of recovery for Kasumi's jab.
