Forlorn what happened to that list of tweaks for Tengu? If Tengu will be included really in DoA5U, it needs to be posted to TN now! (and it could be already late)

It's already too late, for sure. If Tengu is coming, he's likely been in development for awhile now and they won't pay any attention to my ideas. Especially, since my ideas would likely mean re-inventing the character to a degree, since I doubt whatever they're doing with him is similar to what I came up with.
We still need to do some matches too.
