You can upload your replays directly to youtube from within the game.

After an online match is over press Square to save the replay.
go back to the main menu and go to Extras then spectator and then fight viewer.
pick a replay, and simply press on "Upload to youtube"
fill in your account info and finalize it.

Ahaha it's cool. Yeah Vanita has it right. Once it's on youtube, copy the address of that video, It should say "http://www.youtube.com/ *The video's code." Copy that entire link and put it on FSD.
