I didn't know Akuma was getting hit too aside from the universal DP nerf Isn't Ken gonna be god-tier now or did they take those changes back?

Yeah not only that but there were some other nerfs too. Think his vortex will be hurt which is part of his game. He might still be good but probably only mid tier or upper mid tier now. No more top tier Akuma though, but we will see.
Not sure on Ken. Haven't checked his stuff as of late but I do know he seems to be the next top tier. Ken is awesome though. Zangief is also said to be top tier.

Gief, top tier? But...but....they nerfed his command throw distance...I guess they really compensated for it. Gief will always be up there so long as Snake Eyes is still playing
