Well Ein is strugglin but we both already knew that. Hitomi however IMO has some key tools that allow her to be good in this game. Her 6T, Her Parry, Her whiff punishers and her stun game.

Her whiff punishers are really good. At a wall on Normal Hit you can take up to 90 damage for free with no guessing or holding involved; All you have to do is make them look like an ass and whiff an attack which can be accomplished using her godlike backdash.

6T should be self explanitory. You can really shut people down using it in combination with her tracking moves. There is no escape from the pressure after this other than guessing right.

parry admittedly is not as good as the other parries that guarantee things however it does give her momentum. A hitomi with momentum is extremely dangerous due to her asston of mixups.

Now her stun game. Her stun game is really good. She has strings such as P6PP in which the 6PP part of the string is a natural combo on both counter hit and stun. This means that when the first hit connects the second cannot be held. You can also do this move standalone as 7PP.

Alternate ways for her to blitz threshold is 3KP and P+KP strings in which P+K is 2 hits for free just like 7PP. So basically you have a way to get deep enough in stun for a critical burst quickly on all hit levels.

She is an environmental bully. To make the most of her you have to use your whiff punishers and offense to corner your opponent and go to town on them at the wall. ESPECIALLY ELECTRIC WALLS. Like yo. 33T on an electric wall is 91 points of damage. Some characters like Kasumi need to stun you and hit you with like 2-3 pokes to get that.

Hitomi's flaws are that she does not have fast startups and her offense is somewhat crushable. Everything else she is more than solid or better in.

Now you can come at me and say "well she still isnt better than gen fu." lol i have no counter argument to that; gen fu is the best in this game and he is some other kind of BS with how much he is rewarded. But yeah Hitomis good man. Not many in the cast has what she does.

Oh I also forgot her ground game. Off of sweep knockdowns and combos ending with 6PKKK she can harass the opponent with 1K. Its not a real force tech but its better ground game than what alot of other ppl have.

i see what your saying but im just tired of dealing with her flaws. i don't wanna guess sometimes ppl guess right. i just want some good guarantees because that 50/50 shit will kill you.

50/50's are only like that when you don't have strong options within them (Gen Fu is wrecking everyone's shit off 3P 50/50s right now because his mixup is balls). Don't get me wrong; If I had to choose between guessing and guarantees I'd go for guarantees but her not having great ones is not a major issue to her because her mixup as well as damage is strong enough that she doesn't need to rely on them.

Ah I almost forgot. Never forget the wall / environment. They are the universal source of guaranteed damage in this game. Stun somebody once and go into 46P / 236P / 3KP4P at walls (Just 3K at objects and dangerzones.) You will do over 100 damage on counter hit just for stunning and hitting someone one time.
