Free Step Dodge

This just happened to me multiple times in a row, over and over again. Amongst other things. Craziness.

id say shes top 3 online. we should have a separate tier list for online just for shits and giggles because it'd be totally different.

It would be silly. Although Christie would probably be in her same spot. Hitomi would be the undisputed #1 and characters like Ein/Akira/Jacky/Bass/Leon etc would be in the bottom tier.

dont count Zack out for that #1 spot, he's definitely a contender

Bass wouldn't be bottom tier, though. People spam so much of his slow shit online that it's absurd. 1PP becomes incredibly difficult to counter, 6KP becomes nigh unpunishable, and 3KP somehow always hits.

Bottom tier is... Ein, Ein, and Ein. Most everyone else levels up in some stupid, abusive way or other. Still, I think the worst of it is Hitomi/Christie and then the safe frame-trap strikers, where even a well-meaning -3 becomes an ungodly advantage of death.

Akira is down there too. Frame traps dissapear into the void of online delay and suddenly your i12 mid is getting beaten out at +1 and +2, you're dropping combos and your guard breaks guarantee nothing.

That sounds like fun. And Akira probably doesn't have a "yay, buttons" mode that obscures that. (I find I have those kind of issues whenever I know a character, but know other people can play that character with just crazy buttons)
