Well... in Tekken it means you're in a forced block the follow ups of a combo if you block the first hit. In the case of Ayane, her 66kk jails probably in that sense, but when you get 66kk on hit, it puts you in a limbo stun, so it could mean the next thing is guaranteed. I'd ask Perfect Legend or someone here.
