Tina's cape bra... thing is one of the best swimsuits/lingerie/revealing outfit in the game imo.

As much as I think that 7 swimsuit sets are too much and that most things of the last set were too revealing, the cape bra is one of Tina's only 2 non-recolored swimsuits. I just like that it looks like a dress from behind lol.

You're probably not the only one. When you think about many of the swimsuits/revealing stuff in this game are impractical since they can easily reveal more than intended. Ex: Just all of Lisa's and Tina's swimsuits, Lei-Fang's latest one, Helena's Godfather, etc.
