I hadn't even thought of her weight class. From the pictures, she looks about Helena's. But they kinda just make them up when they feel like it. lol

I would be bery disappointed if she's anything under super heavy...original Tengu generally had very very slow moves...and some of them were pretty bad on start ups and very negative. If they are going to copy and paste his moveset they need to make it similar to how a super heavy would be but more viable. If she's going to be anything under a super heavy the moveset needs to be reamped.

Sorry to say DB but she looks almost as like as Kasumi and Ayane. MAYBE Helena. But beyond rachel? Extremely unlikely at least to me.

If they sped up her moves to make them safer, would being a lighter character be fine? I'd actually like to see a faster more viable tengu character. That way, they could keep the moves the same for people who enjoyed his play style, and make it so she's not trash tier.
