I translated these patchnotes, but understand nothing. So I wonder what exactly needs to be fixed on that throw?

They may fix to the point that you can't buffer it with the transitions anymore like they did 46T. That was actually something that I worked & practiced hard on to make my transitions stronger.

They fixed the sensitivity for the input for 236T. Cause I would go to do 236T and end up doing 33T. Same for 33P It would come out at 236P.

So that means that we shouldn't have to worry about getting some crazy shit like 8T or 33T.

I never get an 33T when I try 236T. Sometimes it ends up as 6T, but it may also depend on which input device (pad, stick) is used

I ALWAYS get 33T when I try to do 236T. I'm glad they're fixing it! :D

Oh yeah before I got cut off by my match, I was going to say about Phase 4 is her frame data is wack. It's worse than Kasumi's & Alpha's put together. I think once ppl see how difficult it will be to play her properly, they will not want to play with her. They did the exact same thing to Kasumi because of her being even unsafer than before in 5 & they dropped her.
