I agree it looks awesome as a mug! I'm not trying to bitch here but Sub-Zero should beat Scorpion in at least one trailer. I understand that Scorpion is the posterboy and all but it wouldn't hurt for the SZ and Scorpion rivalry to be even.

They're both the main characters of MK just like Kasumi & Ayane are the main characters of DOA. It's just gameplay. The storylines are different. Every time that you look up, ppl are complaining about the trailers of the game. In the storylines, it's always been even, but Sub-Zero (the original who is Noob Saibot really) dies because he was framed by Quan Chi

Who actually killed his family & clan. His brother (the new 2nd Sub-Zero) gives Scorpion a run for his money each time that they confront each other. So the rivalry has never been lopsided. IDK what the big deal about a trailer is when it comes to the 2. It's just confirmation that they're back in the game & always will be along with the rivalry.

I understand it's just the trailers that don't make it seem even which causes people to rage. Y'know I'm surprised that the rivalry hasn't ended yet due to Quan Chi actually being the murderer of Scorpion's clan but I can see why NRS haven't done it yet. And btw, I just realized... we both have the same first name. xD

For me, the whole trailers with SZ always getting killed doesn't piss me off but it annoys me since I like SZ over Scorpion. Ed Boon just seems to tease something with Scorpion winning each time which again is annoying and played out.

Ed Boon's favorite character is Scorpion & so are others at NRS (& Midway). It doesn't surprise me. I also favor Sub-Zero a little bit more than Scorpion but both are my favorite characters.

And wow. Same name huh? XD
