I think it's true though because i don't exactly play a character that's heavy on execution like Phase-4 is. She is a little incomplete, i feel as if they could've done more with her to make her a more "Balanced" character

Hmmm I see. I don't really agree with her being incomplete though, but I do feel she could have had a few more moves however.

True, I just wish she wasn't negative frames on her moves! lol It would be SO MUCH easier to open with her.

Same here. She is really unsafe. I find it hard to open people up with her. And her mix ups aren't good like Kasumi's.

I want to buy her bad but I just cant at the same time lol

@Gurimmjaw I'm trying to experiment with her to try and explore different options and mix-ups that she has, but it feels as if everything has been discovered already, but she still is new so i think more will come in the future. @Fiend Busa I'm not sure if you'll like her that much, but if u feel like buying her then by all means do it! And have a hell of a time!
