No I'm not on a wired connection. And that first question.... I don't know what any of that means. I have Verizon but for some reason unlike everyone else, I am a pain to fight due to my connection.

What I meant to ask on the first question is if there's anyone else using a computer, smartphone, anything that might tie up the wireless connection?
