Bass has to start up with his hellstab and most of Tina's good stuns come from high crushes. Apart from that they are both playing the same game of chicken into big throw damage. Against Bayman you need to scout for his parry tendencies and go for her biggest throws outside of stun. Once he is too scared to use them, you can muscle him out.

That and I'll try to apply throwing people who block a lot. I get scared when Bayman and Bass block me for some reason.

Well against Bass you should probably consider learning to fuzzy guard. That can decrease a lot of his point-blank pressure after he guards your attack. Bayman has slower offensive holds though, so that isn't prone to work.
