Why no power?

Calamity strikes and it was a typhoon that hit the country. It's already been a week too and we still have no electricity up till now.

You and your family are ok?

Well... I now live with my cousin's family. We're good I suppose. The apartment we live in didn't really got much of a damage from the typhoon but without the power back, it's a little difficult to do most stuff.

Any papers to see the news coming in to get an idea when?

Sadly no... News are just heard here... A little primitive and inconvenient, isn't it?

The last power company update told us that they'll find the stolen cable wires which seems senseless and stupid for some reason.

Wait stolen? As in someone walked up to the cables and yelled "I need this!" And walked off with them?

Yup. A common habit that stupid people do here in order for their homes to have power.
