It's not playable at all. It's extremely inconsistent. If you know or knew frames you'd say the same thing. Even 5-bar matches are bad.

But it's nowhere near as bad as DOA is. Makes no sense how you can be -12 on block.. and still beat out i10 jabs with a i12 mid. In terms of terrible netcodes: 1. KoF13 (So i've heard) 2. MK9 3. DOA

Shitty connection isn't the only problem for me. Theres barly any good players and people would rather troll around instead of playing this game competitively.
