Just quickly, is it emotional psychological kinda stuff like Silent Hill or different kinda horror? And how does it compare to say Siren when it comes to weirdness (like giant human heads in cupboards and spider-walking people lol)? Are the things you fight just infected people or mushroom zombies?

Hell, I would say it's more like an interactive experience than a game, if that even makes sense. Make no mistake, TLoU is emotionally gripping and there are some undeniably tense moments, but if you're planning on playing this game to be scared (as with most survival horror games) you may be left slightly disappointed.

The game overall plays very slow, you're meant to take in the environments and be in awe of the fallen civilization around you with random bits of combat to break up the lengthy traversal sections. I personally never found myself in short supply of items, provided you properly scour the environment. It's the story, however, that'll keep pushing you on to the next area.

Ok cool that sounds good! As long as it's tense and the story is good then i think i will like it. Mushroom zombies sound kinda disturbing actually LOL. Thanks for the help PMS and xWildx.

You're welcome :) And the mushroom zombies actually are, there were some parts where I was just like "ewwwwww" lol

LOL, i'll say. It was like a hybrid of a giant womans face with a dogs body (hard to see in the pic) and chicken feet. And god it actually talks as it looks for you. I don't think i will ever play that bit again, i will never be able to unsee it now LOL.

It's in no way scary if that's what you mean.

I personally wasn't a fan of the game, though.

Prince Adon, that's cool, definitely wont be for everyone.

Glad you like it so far. It keeps getting better.

Yeah really liking it so far. Enemies kinda remind me of the shibito from the siren games too which is really cool.

Don't mean to dwell on this lol but have you guys played the PS4 version? I don't have a PS4 myself but is there much difference at all between the two? PS3 TLoU is really good so am i missing out much by not playing it on PS4?

The only thing different is that the PS4 version runs at 60 fps, the character models and lighting are slightly better quality, and it comes with all the DLC for free. You're not missing anything really.

Ok cool i can live with that. Will just buy the extra DLC later on too. Thanks.

The only reason I even bought the remastered version was because I wanted to play it again and get everything, lol
Mavis

Lol i don't blame you, if i had a PS4 i'd get it again too. It's very good. Not sure how far i am into it but i stopped playing after the first main character died.

Over 200 game of the year awards. Well deserved imo. And I don't normally get remasters. Unless they have crazy upgrades and added features.

I think the only remaster i ever bought was the Silent Hill Collection but i decided to sell it because i already had the PS2 ones and i also preferred the voice acting in Silent Hill 3 lol. They kinda ruined the fog effect too in the HD ones.
