She is free. It's also a testiment to how cool she is.

That being said, 99% can't play her worth a shit.

I guess that could be the reason. Plus I have noticed most intermediate and/or advanced players don't use her PPPK combo(I think that's the one where she flips after 3 punches). Most will do her BT PP6PP7K or so

Doing PPPK is like bending over and holding up a sign saying "be gentle, senpai"

So it's basically a weak combo?
