Oddly enough, when I played on PS3 for the first time, I had no trouble adjusting whatsoever. It was like I had always played on PS3.

Oh god and I'm going to a tourney using the xbox360 controller for the very first time. Can't wait to drop all combos. But I do believe Akira is more tricky to juggle with than Pai on an unfamiliar controller. You only played on a PS3 controller?

My honest opinion Timasty. Get a converter. Its not really Akira actually, its directional inputs because the dpad is far too fat for a fighting game.

Stuff like doing 214P...instead I get 1P. 236P...I get 3P...doing 33 motions..I get 2P or over bordered inputs of 26 or 62 which increases buffering time making you sluggish on getting those hits down.

A good Converter is too expensive for me. Cheap ones only give me random input (sometimes) and delay which is imo worse than a different controller.
214P, 236P n' stuff... Ya I can believe how difficult that must be. Pai is very linear (64P, 466P+K, 46H+K, 33P+K etc.) so it should be easier with her on a different controller.

I'm more worried of the 66. I seem to press 67 or 63 instead (while trying aroun' with the controller in my hand). You havin' problems with his 66P or 666P?
