(This is for the US store) When she was released she wasn't under either game title, just listed by herself. I could only find her in the latest add-ons. Obviously she's not there anymore so she seems to be hidden somewhere.
Pressing "playstation store" while in DOA, I can find her. But like I said, just the character unlock, character unlock + dlc, and gym by itself.
