Nyo actually is in the form of a human to look more of a succubus. She isn't human either; she's a Tengu as well.

That is the point. She is in the form of a succubus (you know, demons who seduce men and kill them), and has an extremely arrogant personality. Her story is also not explored, which might be the case in Last Round. She was designed to be antagonizing.

I am not sure she doesn't look like succubus she never turns into devil or anything poorly executed character imo.

Do you even know what a succubus really looks like? Not all of them were meant to "look like the devil." They look like natural human women. That's why in ancient folklore, men couldn't find a difference and fell for it. Incubi are no different. You're misinterpreting the succubus' appearance because modern culture pictures a succubus as "looking like the devil" or "actually looking like demons."

So she always fights in her human form not exactly human though because she has wings but I wonder her real devil form. She doesn't show her anger real demon identitiy never. Maybe a little bit.

Let's not forget that until Last Round shows otherwise, Nyo's backstory is left rather ambiguous.
