Nah they haven't announced them yet. It's not even confirmed if it will be a NG character or not. Supposebly it's someone that people will like, that's all the hint they gave. And the female is a character that doesn't have black hair.

I rather have him than Irene. Like be serious here lol. What exactly has Irene done in a DOA/NG world besides firing a few rockets from a chopper. Not to mention that people exaggerate to say "She probably knows how to fight." They'll develop any sorts of concept just to waste a character spot from a lazy character.
