Free Step Dodge

I check the demo to see how it is done, but when I do it, Helena does a different move. I didn't double tap 3P I either singe tap or hold 3, but I mostly get the wrong move. This was the same with Kokoro when I use her 3P.

Idk if it's one of those "while rising" things, but if it is, I sure don't see it in the commands...

Its not a WR move. Im assuming this one is Helena's high crush move. You simply double tap 33
