I rarely use it anymore now that people know how to tech it. Honestly, just stick with normal combos and force techs =P
The only way it's guaranteed is if they were launched with, say, H+K on HCH and you do nothing but 8P+K.
Don't get me wrong, it hits more often than other jump attacks, but just use it sparingly when you're expecting a WUK
