almost 4 hour sleep

work, I've stayed late to do some revisions on some policies... Then again everything is fine now, so I'll be back on my normal 6 hours sleep... I do get a headache if I sleep more than 8 hours

Ah I see. Revision on policies eh? Sounds interesting . I usually do 7 hours of sleep. 6 hours gets me grumpy and over 8 hours hurts my head lol.

my schedule isn't that usually tight, though there are days when I need to stay up late at the office (hospital) -_- still I have some time to check here and there

Oh wow you work at a hospital...*reads occupation* woaw you have quite the job title! Although I don't know much about the role, it seems very complex but necessary. Well done ^^! I work at the usual office part time XD, although that's about to end T_T!
But as a nurse you should know sleep is important !

The title sounds nice but the responsibility is too great to handle. -_-
I used to be an office part timer too around 3 months until one of the hospitals that I have applied offered me an staff residency training program.

I hope you get a new job after your office part time ends.
Yes Sleep is important though there are days where I just get less sleep. T_T
