And of course put together Kasumi and Sakura petals it's always a perfect idea
You had a great idea to use the pink of the Sakura petals as a color filter on the skin of Kasumi, in addition I don't know if the flowers on the tree are real or less, by the way don't make contrast with the CG of the character.
The placement of the tree and Kasumi fill pretty well the structure of the picture, creating a sort of semi ellpises that go from a lower angle to another as a sort of internal motif (not sure if this was an intended effect or less).
Finally there is a perfect mix between cold colors (the blue of the sky, the tree and the outfit) and hot ones (the rose of the skin and the petals). Even not being complementars colors, blue and pink (actually is more fucsia, I know) seem works really well!
Ah wow thanks Kronin for such an in-depth answer ! I knew I could rely on you to give me feedback, but didn't think you'd go in such detail! My concern was whether there were too many petals XD.
