Actually I never checked, but I believe that when you do that taunt she is just looking toward the sky in this way: the author has just got the photo placing the camera in the direction of Mila's look.

Ah yeahhh I forgot about that. I haven't played her in ages I forgot XD. So observant of you Kronin ^^! Mila? You mean Marie Rose >_<!
