I have it on PS4. Performance wise, the game runs consistently at 60fps, which is amazing especially since none of the recent DWs and WO have run that fast with so many enemies on-screen. Gameplay-wise, it's much faster and more flashy thanks to the the hyper attack system and new musou finishes. I personally prefer the gameplay over DW's and WO3

I plan on getting it on PS3 and the gameplay looks fun way better then SW3...is the story played out the same way as DW8 with the cutscenes before battle and the ability to walk around camp before you start the battle?

Cutscenes yes, and sometimes during battle as well. There's no main camp setting like in DW8. Story focuses on forces now instead of each individual like in previous SWs. So you can choose from the Oda campaign, Takeda, Uesugi, etc.; each with their own set of officers to choose from

okay thanks..i've been looking forward to using magoichi and masamune...you can't beat a rifle and dual wielding pistols

One more thing...the weapon system has changed. It has a skill customization system that combines SW3 and DW8's. Biggest change is that now you can only potentially get 2 different types of weapons: a standard one with varying skills (looks like the "3rd weapon" in SW games) and an ultimate weapon. The ultimate weapon has it's own set of skills that can't be altered.

so guessing that the ultimate weapon can only be obtained through doing objectives on stages on hard mode or higher..I know on SW3 you would get a base weapon that varied in strength and speed so your saying its like that again?
