33H is for fuzzy guarding, KBD is 2,1,2,1 (I'm not exactly too sure on that) and I don't know wave dashing. Literally, almost everyone else could describe this better, but I'm probably the only one online at the moment.

KBD is 213213213, good for creating space quickly. Faster than just backdashing.
I'm not entirely sure what wavedashing is but I /think/ it's pressing 1 rythmically while BT to go backwards very fast. Faster than backdashing.
