I have a lot of questions still. Some I probably said before about who is a protagonist/antagonist and other random stuff.

I might be able to answer some stuff

I think I can sum up who's good/evil now, though I'm not 100% sure. Like Christie, Lisa & Rig are the antagonists, right?

Idk about Bayman and Helena. Ayane idk either. Same with Hayate.

And also wth are hayate, ayane, bayman, and even hayabusa attacking kasumi? I thought she was a good person

Christie's an assassin under Donovan's hire and in general likes toying with people. Lisa is really confusing, it's thought that she might be undercover as a scientist in DOATEC to spy on them but idk. Rig is Donovan's son and works undercover on the rig.

Christie & Rig are antagonists, Lisa is questionable.

Bayman is a mercenary for hire and Helena hired him to I think kill Kasumi's clone. Helena is good, Bayman just does what people pay him to.

In DOA1 when Raidou crippled Hayate and put him in a coma, Kasumi left the village to kill him in revenge for her brother (which she then did). This broke the 'shinobi code' of her village somehow and she's no longer allowed to return and her clan charged Ayane and Hayate with killing her.
