Speaking of frames, & this might be a noobish question, but what are the frames of holds? I see no startup frames when I do a hold, but I do see the (#) and the recovery frames. Cow's tutorial was speaking of how to get HiC holds if you do the hold on the initial frames so I'm trying to understand that a bit more. That's probably the reasons I can't seem to get a hold successfully.

I'm not 100% sure but I believe holds do not have real startup frames. That's why you can do things like in-time holds to get completely out of a stun immediatly. Though they have active and recovery frames.

So basically with holding, it's just a matter of instinct & timing your holds rather than worrying about its frames or so?
