Free Step Dodge

Why don't they apply the strength behind the speedy characters?.. i mean think about it... if you punch at something with no speed, it'll barely affect it, put it takes a lot of muscle power to throw a punch at somebody with a lot of speed. My question is ..is it because the speedy characters would be too broken, or its just the way TN wanted the speedy characters?? It has its ups and down.. i was just curious

It also takes a lot of muscle power to throw a heavy punch. At that point it just comes to which punch is heavier.

Kasumi actually does use her speed. she uses her teleports to keep momentum and launch her more powerful attacks

generally any running attack is also going to be stronger if it hits as well
