We should be able to toggle it on or off in the video manager section. Their way is pretty stupid, but at least I was able to find a method to make older videos 60fps as well.
Oh wow, I didn't know there was an option for that. I just recently uploaded all cliff hanger strikes & throws for all the characters by far within 5U, but then when I went to HD I noticed it was changed to 60fps by Youtube. It looks cool but certain ones make the animation quite after effectish.
We can't do that, I'm just saying we should be able to. Right now they analyze the videos and their algorhithm determines if the video has to be 60fps or not.
I just watched the video and I see what you mean. One other thing I noticed is that the audio feels pretty distorted. Not the background music, but the sounds of the game. Especially the last hits before the cliffhangers.
Ye then try rendering with customized settings. It's mostly like rendering with the FPS of the source, which DOA runs at 60. So if you want to upload @ 720p30p set it to render at 29.97 fps
