You could buy DOA2HC on the JPN PSN store as a PS2 classic.

Either that's old or they are releasing it to the NA PSN as a PS2 classic.

I would assume this will be a NA release DBomb, since JPN uses CERO instead of ESRB. Either way, if it's online, then this is gonna be awesome.

I actually posted a status about this like yesterday. If Team Ninja releases DOA2HC on NA PSN, it would be a day 1 purchase from me. DOA2 is my favorite in the series!

@BLAZE: Oh hush. Xbox fans have Dead or Alive Ultimate and DOA2 Ultimate.

You can still get it in the JPN store, the game still has translation settings and even has the ENG voices.

If you are talking about a HD remake, go tweet TN to it, don't settle for less asking for a version that's limited to a PS2 classic.

Nice find @Hazard ;) Hoping that this can be a remake of the DoA2HC game (or at least a version including an online support).

Honestly, It will probably just be a retouch up of the game and a higher resolution. And now that I think about it, the ESRB wouldn't post up a new link just for a PS2 classic port, as it would already have been rated. Also, I don't know if the ESRB rates PSN titles either, so this MAY be a retail thing. Either that or I'm just "special" :3

Yes, I know that what you say is the most likely scenario, by the way I like to hope for a sort of SC2 Online.

But in the end, I believe that TN would use the DoA2U version for a similar remake and not the DoA2 HC.
