    It not only felt like it was being rushed and the awards were eh, but there were even missing awards like best Fighting Game, best Social Game, etc. VGAs still have a ways to go it seems.

    Hey man, thanks for locking the threat & sorry for the lash out. I just wanna find ways to help build on to the fighting game competitively. I always had love for this game for the fighting aspect & just want it to attract people for the right causes instead of the wrong ones. That's all.

    All of us on this site are passionate about this game as a fighter. You're in good company. We're all working on building it out, but I think the best way is to encourage the casuals that really just love the characters to start seeing the other side, ours, as well. It just has to be handled carefully to avoid further splintering the community into factions.

    What it is for me is the fact that I'm prolly the only guy from the state of TN that cares about it. & then I do casuals in my free time at college campus before my evening classes & like ppl pick it up, but not without ppl bashing it constantly. It just bothers me.

    I would love to know what exactly determines how many points you win or lose in Ranked. I seriously am stumped.

    I don't get it either. I lose to a B+ and lose 50 points. I lose to an S and lose 200 points. I beat the S and get 80 points, I beat the B+ and get 50 points. It makes no damn sense.

    Raansu pretty much gets where I'm coming from. It's completely nonsensical. Doug, that only works if it's consistent. It's not.

    I get 200 points from beating an A and lose 150 if I lose to an A. And then I get almost 100 points from beating an A-. If I lose to anyone lower than an A, I lose 20 something points. It doesn't make any sense!

    Lost to trash a lot. Decided to call it early but only on a win. Right after that decision, I won and got the "DoA5 is my life" achievement.

    The 3D in Black Ops 2 is really good. If you have a 3D TV I recommend at least renting it for the campaign.
