It could be she was modified by MIST like him, so she has like subconscious memories of him there or something... she's clearly not entirely normal hahaha.

It's possible but I'm leaning more towards father/daughter. Unnatural hair color and red eyes (like her half-sister Ayane), has the ability to copy other fighters (like Raidou) but keeps it a secret from her grandmother, and can perform what appears to be Torn Sky Blast with Raidou (a move unique only to members and offspring of Mugen Tenshin Clan).

If she can copy anything she sees though, that could just be the case.... you know, that's how she is. She sees things and learns them instantly. Raidou has been out of commission for a fair while, and they could have been forced to train... I still think Honoka is a weapon of some sort who is just not active which is why she's all bubbly and nice.... ( I expect her to be like Alisa in T6 tbh. )

I agree she will be similar to Alisa but I still think she's Raidou's daughter. I guess we'll find out in 6. XD

Well unless she has implanted memories, I feel like it would be more obvious if she was. Namely with her grandmother... would then either be Radiou's mother, or he raped some other woman and the grandmother is that woman's mother.
