@Fatal, tracking is only an issue for the Kokoro players that always finish her strings. Also, the number of players that actually SS during strings are rare. And if an opponent does have the awareness to SS, then start free canceling into another set of moves. It's amazing how frequently you will stuff a SS attempt.

No I mean stand alone tracking. If somebody does a safe string than SS's her only option is throw or H+K lol that's a tracking issue... and H+K is cool if it hits- but otherwise I'm pretty sure she can be throw punished. I'm not sure on it's frame on block since I don't use her a whole lot.
