If you're thinking of it like Street Fighter, then I doubt it. They didn't do it for vanilla or anything of the version updates so far.

I thought it'd be weird though. Like if the trophy information for Ultimate will be there but newer people would never be able to get the trophies for it.

As far as the old systems are concerned I think the names just got swapped on the systems with the addition of some new trophies.
