Looking through all the characters, all the bikinis and stuff are still there, its just all the "real costumes" (like everything for Leon) that is missing, so I think I may be right.

Dunno whats wrong for u. i updated 5U core fighters to LR core fighters and the game asked me if i wanted to transfer the 5U save data and content to LR on start up. I said yes and still have all my purchased characters(Leon and Eliot) and all their costume DLC i bought
